Rocky Pointe Marina - General Information

Billing:
Moorage is billed monthly. Invoices are mailed on/near the 25th, and are due on the 1st, and delinquent on the 9th.

Electric meters are read montly on approximately the 20th of each month to determine usage. Usage is then billed and included on your next montly invoice

Utilities/Electric
Phone - PTI Communicatons. Contact Marina office for procedure.
PGE - Houseboats billed directly. Billing for others with electric service, see Billing.
Water, Garbage, and Sewer - Provided by the Marina. Water hoses for boaters are provided. Please keep coiled.

Laundry & Showers
Facilities are available at each section of the marina (Upper, Middle and Lower). Washer and dryers are coin operated. Showers are free for use by our tenants. Public restrooms are also available at each section of the Marina.

Pay Phone
There is 1 pay phone at the marina located on the fuel dock. Scappoose and St. Helens calls are toll free. All others are long distance.

Environmental
OIL ONLY. Recycle containers in each kiosk. Other petrolium products for recycle, please contact office. Recycle refundable soda and beer cans in marked containers in kiosk. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes before putting in dumpsters. No hazardous material.

Marina Space Numbering System
The marina is divided into 3 sections. Upper Marina, Middle Marina, and Lower Marina. The numbering sequence starts with 1 on the south end and proceeds north. In each section, odd numbers indicate shore side of the headwalk, and even numbers are river side of the headwalk. A letter proceeding the number identifies which section of the Marina the moorage space is located (Upper Marina, Middle Marina or Lower Marina.)
